Did you get health insurance from Covered California?
If so, you should have received this form from the state of California. If you do not have it, visit the Covered California website and see if you can get it online. Otherwise have them mail you another one.
If you do not have health insurance from Covered California, you need to go back and change your health insurance answers in the Deductions & Credits->Medical section.
I'm having this same issue. I don't need a 3895, but it is saying there are errors on my 3895. I indicated in Deductions > Medical that I didn't receive a 1095-A. I also didn't receive a 3895 from the state of CA. How can I get past this error?

If you were able to delete the form, didn't it just ask you for the information again?
I have this problem where it wont let me proceed even though information is correctly entered.
