I am using Turbotax Deluxe on a Mac. I repeatedly get message:
I have been getting this error for over a week. It IS NOT a username/PW issue. I am able to login to Merrill Lynch's website using the same credentials. So far no one at TurboTax or Merrill Lynch has provided any help.
Today I started an online return and got this error when trying to import:
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You can log in here?: https://olui2.fs.ml.com/login/signin.aspx
Also, are you using desktop Deluxe for a Mac or online? Your screenshot shows "RaceMode".
I have tried both the software and the online version. Neither one works. I just changed my PW at Merrill Lynch just for laughs and it still fails.

If you tried with a desktop product and an online version, the issue must be specific to your Merrill account (in some way or form). I have no idea what that could be, but you should contact Merrill and request additional assistance.
I have several test returns and tried importing from four different Merrill accounts and had no issues with the imports. This sounds like it could be on Merrill's end somehow.
Thanks, I have contacted ML several times. They have been no help so far.
