If you tried with a desktop product and an online version, the issue must be specific to your Merrill account (in some way or form). I have no idea what that could be, but you should contact Merrill and request additional assistance.

 

I have several test returns and tried importing from four different Merrill accounts and had no issues with the imports. This sounds like it could be on Merrill's end somehow.
