You can delete a form by going to 'Tools' in the lower left and then 'Tax Tools' and then 'Delete a Form'. This will bring you to a list of all of the forms in your return. Go down and delete the form that you are seeking. Be careful about deleting forms - a lot of them are linked and used to carry information from one form to another so don't delete any form that you aren't certain should be removed.
