Can you clarify your question? 

If you are referring to Schedule A for Kentucky itemized deductions, this form is generated from your entries in the federal interview section of the program for deductions.  If you are able to itemize deductions on your federal return, TurboTax will pull this information into your Kentucky return and use the itemized deductions on your state return if it produces a higher tax deduction on your state return.  Please see this link for more information on the differences.
