How do I remove my ex wife from my account access. I changed the password already but she may still have access to the account through her user name. Help me out please

If her name is also on that return then she has every right to access that return.   

After a divorce BOTH parties should open new accounts with new userIDs and passwords.  Neither should use the old account or block the other party from accessing their information.

If you used Turbo Tax last year you should start a brand new account for yourself and not transfer from last year.  Online is only good for 1 return.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version
