I am filing by mail and I downloaded my tax return to print but I want to change my bank info for the return. I am trying to access the question turbotax asks to change bank info but I cannot find it in my account. The only option I see is preview or print return. I have not mailed out my tax return yet how do it change my bank info?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
The system thinks you have filed because you have printed out your return to mail it in, so to get back inside of your return, please follow the below instructions:
1. Sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page
2. Scroll down and click on Add a state. (this just gets you back in to the right place)
3. This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.
Then you can follow these steps to get to your refund section:
1. Open your return in TurboTax.
2. Click on “Take me to my return” if applicable.
3. Go to the “File” section in the left-hand menu.
4. Next to Step 2: Your refund info select “Revisit”. (Stop here if you're just checking.)
5. Choose your desired refund method and select Continue.

Thank you so much! This was exactly what I was looking for!
