How do I add a job without a w2

A company has not sent me a w2. But, I do have the amount i earned.

When you were working for this job, did they take out federal income taxes,  Social Security taxes and Medicare taxes?

November and December 2022. They check was wired to my bank account.

Did you get any pay stub showing if any taxes were taken out?  If they didn't take out any taxes then they might have paid you as a 1099 independent contractor instead of a W2 employee.  You file 1099 as self employment.  Can you ask them for a W2 or 1099?
