How can I get records from 2022 taxes done with turbotax?

I filed a a tax return with turbotax for the year 2022 and the IRS didn't receive the information and I need a copy to turn it into the IRS on the 10th when I go for my appointment.

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2023 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2023. I had to go though about 12 screens.

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online. So you need to make and keep your own backups.

Did you efile? Was it Accepted? Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button? Maybe you didn’t finish filing it or it rejected.

Check back though your emails. When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. If you efiled there should be an Electronic Postmark page. Probably near the end. That is your proof and signature

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?

If your federal return didn't get filed or Accepted then your state didn't get filed either.  So you may have to check with state and mail them the state copy.
