It's October 2021, and the Quick Employer Forms will only let me create 2020 forms.

There is no such form as 1099-ENT. What are you trying to do?

The 1099-series forms are normally sent out after the end of the year. The 1099s for 2021 will be sent in January 2022. Why do you need to send a 1099 for 2021 now?

Sorry, 1099-NEC.  I want to fill out the forms now, and send them after the start of the year.  Basically, fill them out as each contractor finishes work and gets paid, rather than leave all the work to the end of the year.

When will the Quick Employer Forms website first allow 2021 dates?
