I just canceled order Qstca151787099. Was responding to your offer to download products. Received 2021 product I already bought last year. Very deceptive. Will notify credit card card Company
You couldn't have bought 2021 last year. 2021 just came out last month in November 2021. You bought 2020 program last year. You will need 2021 now to do a 2021 return.
@Msalvati Sounds like you are confusing the software with the tax years and the years you file the returns. The tax year that everyone (well.....most people) recently filed was 2020---they used 2020 software and prepared and filed 2020 returns in calendar year 2021.
The next tax return you need to prepare and file will be 2021. That software was just released a few weeks ago, and will be used to prepare and file a 2021 tax return with a filing deadline of April 15, 2022. Tax year 2021 is not even over yet--it ends on December 31, 2021. You will not be able to file a 2021 return until January or early February of 2022.
So check carefully to see what you actually purchased before you assume you have been deceived.
How can I get my AGI for last year so I can efile
Where do I find my AGI?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947
Your 2020 tax return shows your 2020 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 11
If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2020
If entering the amount from your 2020 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2020 AGI may not be in the system.

Note: If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return. You will not be able to e-file your state return.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1944348-how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online
You need your 2020 AGI to efile 2021. The AGI is on 2020 1040 line 11. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.
How to find the AGI.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947
If you didn't file 2020 or filed it later in the year or mailed it, then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.
Or request a transcript from the IRS
