I really don’t know what happen it’s my first time doing it and I got rejected saying I should enter 2019 AGI however I’m filling for 3019 I’m confused
If you are trying to file a 2019 tax return you are being asked to enter your 2018 AGI. That is found on your 2018 tax return IF you filed a 2018 return. That is how the IRS verifies that the same person is filing 2019 using the same Social Security number. If you did not file a 2018 tax return, then enter "zero" for the AGI. If it still will not let you e-file then you have to print, sign and mail your 2019 return.
My husband file with me so we did file married jointly . Where would I find the AGI on the 2018 w2/transcript.

The 2018 AGI is on the 2018 Federal tax return you filed Form 1040 Line 7

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
Is the 1040 and the w2 the same thing?

No. The Form 1040 is your federal tax return. The W-2 is what you receive from your employer showing your total wages and taxes withheld from those wages. You enter the W-2 information on the Form 1040.
