You didn't say what the trouble is. You do need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader, although some browsers can also open a PDF.
Are you printing for your records after efiling? Or printing for review prior to filing? Or printing to file by mail? Have you paid for your TurboTax return?
If you efiled, has your return been accepted? If not yet accepted, it's best to wait until it is, then your return PDF should also have the electronic postmark in it. But the following may explain your current issue:
After one has efiled and been accepted, it can sometimes take a return PDF a while to update and become available at the Tax Home. You didn't say "how" you are trying to print. If you can't use the Download/print button at the Tax Home or the "Download/print the PDF" link in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents", or if you're getting incomplete documents when you use one of those methods, here's an alternate way to print by opening the filed return back up to print at the Print Center.
NOTE: When you open your return back up, do not make any changes in it if it's already been filed. If you later have to amend the return, it has to start off exactly as it was when it was originally filed.
NOTE: Remember all PDF tax documents and tax data files are very sensitive files, since they contain your personal ID info, financial data, and possibly bank account numbers, etc. Be sure to store them safely and securely to guard against computer theft, hacking, etc.
I can view and down load all the other years but 2019 which has not been added or download so i can print them. Can you please add my return to my file?

@Ronc1177 Did you use a different account for your 2019 return? We cannot access your account or your tax return. If you used a different account, then use the recovery tool to access it. TurboTax accounts cannot be combined.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

@Ronc1177 Looks like you did not read the reply you received. NO ONE can access your account(s). No one can email you or download anything to someone else's TurboTax account. You are the only one who can access your own account(s).
No I did not use another acct. As you can see my my acceptance letter it was approved, I paid and recieved my return, just like I do every year..
@Ronc1177 You still don't understand. There is no such thing as "as you can see." We cannot see your screen, your tax return or your account.
