Yes, it is reported but it shows the same $600 without showing where it is coming from.
If I file an extension through TT desktop, do I still have to mail in 4868? Your website claims electronic filing of extension. Also, I presume when I decide to file my taxes later this year, I can still use the TT software that I have purchased.

The desktop edition only provides the Form 4868 to be printed and mailed to the IRS, not e-filed.
If you want to e-file the form 4868 go to this TurboTax website for Easy Extension - https://turbotax.intuit.com/irs-tax-extensions/
How do I pay taxes due using TT desktop, when I am filing for an extension?
So, I have to enter all my info. again on the online app. Why can't you carry over the info. when I log in to TT or allow filing on the desktop software??
When can I expect a response?

No, you do not have to start tax return on the online app. Just enter your personal information and the amount that you want to pay.
Or just use the desktop extension to print and mail the Form 4868.
Or go to this IRS payment website and select to pay an amount with the extension. That automatically gives you the IRS extension - https://www.irs.gov/payments
Between January 1st and the original due date of your return, visit the main Direct Pay page and select the “Make a Payment” button. On the page that follows,
If you complete this process successfully, your payment will be credited towards the tax year for which you are requesting a filing extension, and you will automatically receive the extension. You will not need to file a separate Form 4868, Extension of Time to File Your Tax Return. You can verify your extension by logging into your account.
I'm stumped...don't know about this one.
My question still remains. You are charging a hefty price for a software, where you do not allow e-filing of extension and corresponding payment? When will that feature be available? Users will have to go to your website and enter 3-4 pages of information again before they can file an extension.
Since most of us on this forum are volunteers there is no way to answer your question. That is a corporate decision and we have no way to know what their plans are for future releases of the software.
It is very interesting to know that TT does not take any ownership on resolving customer queries on the web or on the phone, and do not have staff assigned to it. Clearly, I will be complaining about this externally and this will be my last year of using it.
Please note that this comment is not directed to the volunteers.
There has to be a Form 1099-INT Worksheet in your tax return with an amount entered in box 3 of the 1099-INT.
Look at Schedule B on the Interest Income Smart Worksheet for an amount in box 3. That is the only way an amount would be entered on the Georgia Schedule 1 Line 10.

So, to confirm, if I pay the federal tax owed on IRS.gov and selecting the Extension option, I do not need to mail in any forms. Similarly, if I pay the GA income tax owed on https://gtc.dor.ga.gov/, I do not need to mail in any forms.

Correct for the federal payment and extension.
For Georgia you get the extension automatically if you have a federal extension. You pay any Georgia taxes on the GA website. Or use Georgia Form IT 560 for the payment
Note - A copy of the Federal Extension Request Form 4868 is required to be included with the Georgia state tax return when filed.
