File complaint against TurboTax

I filed my taxes with TurboTax in April 2024. I paid for the max service so the agent helped me file. We decided I needed to file an extension because we couldn't figure out how to claim my state sales tax. I called today to see if it had been figured out. However I was told that because I had filed an extension you did not retain all the information I used to file my tax return. This includes my earning statements, property tax information, and my charitable deductions. I cannot locate my documents since we've been remodeling. I was told that since you do not retain any of the information I provided when I an extension is filed I need to refile again. I would like a refund of the money I paid for assisting with filing my taxes. It has turned out to be useless because you did not retain the information I had already provided. I should have been informed that you would not be doing so since I filed an extension. I'm very upset with TurboTax and do not choose to file with you again.
