Federal and State Return Rejected with no error code - NY

Good morning,

I've been trying to e-file my tax return but they keep getting rejected after 15-20 minutes. The email has no error code or reason for the rejection and when I go back into TurboTax the option for Fix it For Me doesn't do anything it just says reviewed and asks me to refile again.

I tried deleting form 5695 for Residential Home Energy credit and doing it over again since they were supposedly updating it, but it still fails. No sure what to do besides starting my entire return over. I filed my wife's with no issue and we file married filing seperately and itemize.

The message from customer service in TT says "none". Please advise! Thanks
