I got 2024 State and Federal extensions until Oct 2025. I don’t have my paperwork, and I’m scared. Is there a further extension?

Unfortunately, no, there is not further extensions available.
If you file after the deadline, and have a balance due, the IRS and state will assess failure to file penalties. Also, extensions do not extend the deadline to pay, so failure to pay penalties will apply back to April 15, 2025 (for the 2024 tax return).
If you are due refunds, there is no penalty for filing after the deadline. Generally, returns claiming a refund must be filed within 3 years of the original filing date (for 2024 returns, originally due April 15, 2025, this would be by April 15, 2028).
since it appears you have not filed, if you also owe there is a late filing penalty of 5% of the amount owed for the first 5 months late, there is also a late payment penalty of .5% a month (does apply for the months the late filing penalty is assessed). there is also interest charged on the unpaid balance from 4/15/2025. so file ASAP, if necessary, set up a payment plan.
that's federal. states also have their own penalty schedules
if you don't owe there are no late filing or payment penalties.
There are no further extensions. If you are getting a refund or do not owe tax due, there is no penalty for missing the filing deadline. If you owe tax due, then you are subject to late filing penalties and interest owed on the amount due. TurboTax will not calculate those amounts. The IRS will bill you.
E-filing will be closed by the end of October so if you have not filed by then, your return will have to be filed by mail.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
