E-file status not updating in TT Deluxe Windows

TT customer service sees my account as Fed accepted and state rejected, but it is not updating in the TT program for me to refile my state taxes. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program with no change. I have spent 5 hours on the phone between 2 customer service reps.

Did the updates, nothing 

Did the manual update, nothing 

Uninstalled  and reinstalled, nothing

Updated computer and did it all again, nothing 

Tried a different computer, nothing

State is loaded. I filed once and it was rejected. TT program isn't showing rejected for me to be able to refile. It was rejected due to a TT error not updating Indians County tax rates from 2021.

Where did you see your state return was rejected if it's not showing in TurboTax?

I received an email and when I called into turbo tax 3 different support reps could see it on their end too: Federal accepted, state rejected.

Can you please provide the rejection code from the email you received from TurboTax?

The rejection code was already fixed with an kndiana update 2 weeks ago. The problem is I can't refile because the program won't update the statuses.

 

INGEN-007-02 - The county rate that you are using is not correct based on the county(ies) where the taxpayer(s) reside/work.

 

THIS NEVER SHOWS UP
Once you've opened your return in TurboTax, the details about what's causing the problem will be displayed.

There is a known issue that was found with the rejection code you are receiving.

I'm having the same exact problem. Customer support was no help. I ended up switching to H&R Block online version and everything went smoothly.

I don't understand how a month later they still don't have this fixed. I saw where people had the same problem last year, so this is nothing new.

The site doesn't let me fill anything out. I see it then it goes away.

 

It has been a month now. I dont understand why this isn't fixed. Several people had the same problem last year. 

 

This is the 2nd year that TT wasn't updated fully and screwed up my taxes!

Yes I was. I ended up having a rep fill it put for me.
