E-file status not updating in TT Deluxe Windows
TT customer service sees my account as Fed accepted and state rejected, but it is not updating in the TT program for me to refile my state taxes. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program with no change. I have spent 5 hours on the phone between 2 customer service reps.
