Do I report my 401k on my taxes?

I have a 401k. I haven't withdrawn anything and my company offers a 4% match. Do I need to report my 401k on my taxes? I'm unsure whether 401ks are already taxed or if I need to report it.

If you made any contributions to the 401(k) in 2024 that will be included on your W-2 in box 12 with a code of D.  That information is not entered anywhere else on a tax return.
