How do I send my tax return and have it payed on the 17th of May instead of the 15th of April?

In the File section of the program on Step 2 when you have federal taxes owed and are selecting Direct Debit from your bank account you are asked for the date of payment. Select 05/17/2021

Curious as to why last year I was able to use turbo tax free edition, but this year, no matter how hard I tried, I was only recommended and forced to pay basic edition?
