Desktop version only allows me to upload 2018 taxes but it is the 2019 version

It says "We support files from Turbotax (.tax2018 & pdf)" even though I bought the 2019 version. Any way for me to fix this please?

what do you want fixed.?

import your tax2018 file first thing when you start doing your 2019 tax return. That's the procedure.

Hi, it won't let me upload the 2019 version only 2018. It says on the program that it only supports 2018 tax files even though it is turbotax 2019 version.

It wants to upload (Transfer) from 2018 into a new blank 2019 tax return,  you do not want to transfer or upload anything.  You just want to OPEN your existing.tax2019 file you downloaded from online.  Go up to FILE-OPEN and find then.tax2019 File.
