DEMAND TURBOTAX NOT TO DISCONTINUE CD FOR 2024 TAX YEAR

Well, it's all a matter of perspective isn't it?  If my timing belt breaks on my truck, it's much ado about nothing-- $50 and a couple hours work. For some people it's probably $2000 and 2 weeks without their vehicle.  

 To add insult to injury, I see Turbotax is raising their prices.  Probably so they can afford to hire thousands of clueless people to answer the tidalwave of phone calls from angry (former) customers.

Yes and they have simple easy anwers to every question until they don't.  All it takes is hours of frustration and jumping thru hoops to be told they don't know why it's not working. 

I ordered the $10, last minute, stopgap installation CD and it never showed up and of course they're too cheap  to have tracking to show they mailed it. When I called to complain, the customer service rep argued that they don't have a CD anymore.  Ha ha! This never happened when I bought it at the store.
