Credit card billing address appears locked on US

I would like to pay for my TurboTax Premium return with credit card. I live in Europe. I am attempting to add a new credit card as my prior year one has expired.

I can add all the credit card information, except address given the country appears locked on "United States". I want to change this and add my address but it appears locked.

Please help so I can pay TurboTax and finalize my filing. Thanks!

You must have a US billing address for the credit card you use.

Does that mean foreign residents can't really use/pay for TurboTax?
