Hello,  I am trying to transmit my tax returns, when I do I get a msg that there is an update available and I must go to the online menu and check for updates, when I do I get a msg that my software is up to date.  Then I try to transmit again and get the same initial msg.  My name is Gary at [email address removed] phone [phone number removed], thank you.
