Just installed and updated TT Mac 2019, but cannot import from ItsDeductible because I get the following error:
"The operation couldn't be completed. (com.intuit.turbotax.tpskit.errordomain error 6.)"
TurboTax then deletes all information I've entered and starts over. (Thank goodness for my TimeMachine backups.)
I followed suggestions offered for similar problems identified in TT 2018 to no effect (change password, uninstall + reinstall, etc.)

Word from TurboTax support is that this is a recognized bug and there is no current workaround. Wait for a fix. And wait. And wait. And wait...
Is nothing really being done by T.T to fix this problem? I spent the last hour on the phone first with T.T. And was told it’s a Mac problem, then with Apple that said it’s a software problem. Who has a plan should this error not be addressed? Thank you for the information.
It is June 13th and this issue is still not fixed by Intuit for 2 of its own products in the Mac environment? I find this very hard to believe. I am a long time user of both TurboTax and Itsdeductible and they have worked fine. My assumption is that it occurred due to Catalina OS update on Macs. However, Intuit should have this figured out by now.
Try removing addons to allow download.
I continually receive this error:
com.intuit.turbotax.tpskit.errordomain error 6.
when trying to import ItsDedcutibel into TurboTax Mac 2020.
I've tried deleting entries in my Keychain and removing the suggested .plist - per several articles on this dicussion board.
Are there any other ideas or things I can try?
Thank you,
Brian

What is the TurboTax phone number?
If you have security program running it will not allow the import to happen. Had PI running on mine and I had to turn it off before the import could happen.
Check your security software and firewalls, then attempt the import again.
