Locks on start screen and never does anything.
Can you please provide more details as to what "locks" mean and at what version of Turbo Tax are you using, the online or the cd/download?
The opening blue screen. It is a down load.
Opening screen never moves. stays there for over an hour.
It might help to clear the cache on your computer, as it is not interacting properly with TurboTax evidently, as follows:

Had turbo tax work on problem for 2 hours. They were not able to repair it.
