Received order confirmation after payment. Can see product in download greyed out. Appears download hasn't connected to Federal return portion completed. License Code used from confirmation email.

Tech suggested that I need to repurchase the product and wait two weeks for a refund on original purchase.

I have no choice; I've completed the Federal input.

I will be very disappointed if I have to reload the entire program and restart.
