You will not be able to efile and will need to print the return, sign it it, attach any W-2, 1099 or other forms.  When you mail it it is best to use a mail service that notifies you when it has been received.

If you need to make changes to a tax return that has already been filed and accepted by the IRS or a state, then you would have to amend the tax return that was filed.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a prior year tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-change-correct-return-a...

Amending a tax return with a tax refund. more than three years after the original due date, the refund will not be paid.

Thanks for the quick reply. In my case, I don't need to amend the taxes as the IRS simply wants me to re-resubmit due to a missing ID verification check (CP63 notice).

Do you know if TurboTax will allow me to e-file again? Looks like that is not an option for prior years: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tips/irs-tax-return/how-do-i-file-back-tax-returns/L535BxMms
