You can get a 6-month extension for both.   Click here to get started.   It is an extension to file, not to pay.

If you are living outside the US or are an active military service member deployed outside of the US, then you have an automatic two month extension.  If not, then you can file an extension which will give you up to 6 months to file the tax return.  However, the extension does not give you any additional time to pay any taxes owed, those are due and payable on or before April 15, 2024.
