Can I get online help or email address to Customer support? I've received "More than one TurboTax account is using your info" email and I would like to look into what happened.   I've never created another account using my information.  Please share a link to online customer support. Thanks.

Hello my name is nicholas [PII removed] I had my brother in law John [PII removed] do my taxes on your platform this year and not only have I not received my taxes yet but apparently they put my brother in-law under investigation for doing my taxes . Now this has been one of the most outrageous slaps in my face . Not only are you holding my taxes and refund but you put my brother in law in a very bad legal situation . Chat is only for customers who purchase .TurboTax Live.  There is no email.  You need to call for help with these issues.

It sounds like you may need to file Form 2848, Power of Attorney to authorize the IRS to discuss your tax return with your brother-in-law.  The IRS can only discuss your tax return with those you specifically give authority to talk to.  This is done for your protection.  Please see this link for more information.
