I just want a copy of the 1040 I filed with TT. I got a call about it, but it wasn't real helpful. The file I found isn't readable. Their answer was we changed how we did things that year.

For what year?  What kind of file did you get?  Was it a pfd file or a .tax20yy file?   Did you use the Online version or the Desktop program?
