Sorry, Online is only for 2023 now. Online for 2022 and prior is closed now so you can not start a new 2021 or prior return or finish one. You have to do each year separately

To do a prior year return you have to buy the personal or Business Desktop programs here,

You will need a full Windows or Mac to install it on.

You have to print and mail prior year returns. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return. Don’t forget state.
That’s not what I was asking. When can I file 2021 & get refund. I heard I lose if I don’t file in 3 yrs?
online or paper file is not my concern

Found a link at the IRS. You have 3 years from the due date of the return to claim a Refund. If you have a tax due there is no time limit. See IRS Topic 153 last bullet point
