My computer uses Windows 7. My laptop uses Chrome. Am I doomed to live without Turbotax? I paid for online and it will not work at all. The directions to switch to the desktop don't work, the online version shows no tools AND will not save the 2019 file. A trip into Turbotax world is always one that leaves me wanting to kill. Time to walk away. Time for a pencil and paper. But the program keeps what you entered a secret! So you can't even copy it to paper! AAAAAAAaaaaaaarghhh!!!!!
You should be able to use the Online web version. The Online version is not the same thing as the program download.

How to Print and Mail your return
Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
