Why can't you use the account you paid for?  Are you going to start over?  Or do you want to transfer from 2020 that's in another account?  There is a way.  Since you paid you can ask for the Desktop download program.  It can do unlimited returns.   You can even download the .tax2021 file from online and open it in the Desktop program.   Or download the .tax2020 file from another account to transfer into a new 2021 return.
