As Uber driver. I use the uber web portal to enter turbo tax so I can get some type of discount as I was told by Uber that turbo tax is offering tax preparation free of charge. But, after I done most of the work Turbo Tax is charge me $155 which isn't what I was told by Uber.

You are in the LIVE Self Employed version.  I don't think the discount covers the Live expert help part of the fees so you might already be getting the discount.

The LIVE Self Employed version is $200 plus 50 for state.  So you are probably only paying for the Live portion and the state fee.
