I have a b of a account on file and I do not want it used . There is a $70.00 charge on it for the 2023 year tax and I want it canceled and no further charges are allowed on it. 

Your website makes it very difficult to find cancel credit card. or my personal information.

No one in the user forum can help with a billing or Advantage order issue.   You have to take care of it yourself or contact customer support.

I want to cancel my payment to Turbotax because this payment is for filing my 2021 taxes and I just learned Turbo Tax online 2021 is no longer available.  I do not have a home computer to download Turbo Tax CD software onto.  I need to cancel my payment because I am unable to file my 2021 return.

If you bought the 2021 download you have 60 days to initiate a refund :
