Hello, 

Base don the income requirements I qualify to receive the stimulus check but I have not received it. I am on a work visa so I am an alien resident and not permanent alien, permanent resident, green card holder or citizen. My 1 year old daughter is a citizen. Is it possible I have not received it because I am not a citizen?

If I filed 2019 and put I was able to be claimed but my mom wasn't able to claim me so I technically wasnt claimed will i still get it? I have received anything yet.

If I filed married filing separate why would I have to give husband social number and he hasn't filed, shouldn't he be able to qualify for the non-filer stimulus check? I didn't claim him as a dependent or anything please explain in detail.

@ DotDebase62  The IRS rule is if you file as Married Filing Separate you must put your spouse's SSN on your tax return if you want to e-file.  The IRS compares Married Filing Separate SSN to make sure each spouse used the same deduction (Standard or Itemized Deduction).  If you don't put their SSN on your tax return you must mail in your return.

You do not claim your spouse as a dependent.  The best filing method for married is Married Filing Joint, even if only one spouse has income.  If you file a joint return, that would qualify both of you for the stimulus money.
