My money was deposited on a turbo tax card, I never activated , nor do I have . I filled my 2019 taxes and got a whole new card , but a different account number from where my money went. Any suggestions of what I can do . It was deposited on April 15

My stimulus money went to a TURBO Card I never activated on Apirl 15th . I tried to call and replace it , but since I never activated it will not let me . I need to speak to someone that will help me

To complete a 2018 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2018 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2018 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
