when ask to put AGI from last year to file on joint filing, do I put 1/2 under my name and 1/2 under my wife's name or put full amount under both names?

The amount on line 11 of your 2020 Form 1040 is the AGI for each of you.   Do not cut it in half.

Enter the full amount for each spouse.   There is only one AGI on a Joint return.  Use the same amount for person.
