1) make absolutely sure you have all of the most recent Microsoft updates installed....and reboot even if you don't find any. Partially-installed or waiting Microsoft OS updates are known to block TTX installations.
2) then try again.

Other than calling Customer Support.....I'd be sure that you have the most recent versions of Microsoft Visual C++ installed.
