2024 deluxe intuit turbo tax desk top

I purchased intuit deluxe 2024 desk top have toad it a thousand times and cannot go past the intuit blue

screen in order to enter  license code and proceed with my taxes. Why so complicated ?

Are you on Windows?  You might need to update Windows.  Go to your computer settings and check for updates.  Try clearing out the cache & cookies and reboot your computer.

no have not sign in yet it has not gotten that far

No I have Not!!! I spoke to two different agents did an internal with them on my computer and

have reloaded, uninstalled and reloaded and it does not brought me to page where I can

enter the license code so I can begin my taxes...Although was thinking that i might of moved away for

a while and my kid may have closed the program ...😟

just a bit ago, downloaded and was able to get to page requesting license  and just about when

entering some maybe about my six character it dissappeared . I have the turbo 2024 app on the 

screen as far as it go it "it would take a moment,please wait" I wait and then it disappears....

Try turning off your anti-virus programs.  Sounds like you're not getting a good connection.
