On 5 November you charged by American Express $75 for 2019 advantage software. It was suppose to
be available in November. It is now 2nd of January 2020. Where is it?

It is now 2020 and I have never received a notification that Turbotax 2019 is available for download even though its cost was charged to my credit card in October. My email address is [email address removed]

If you have not received your order then use the toll free phone number for Advantage subscribers to speak to an agent. The phone number is available after you sign onto your Advantage account - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage

If you are an Advantage subscriber where you receive the desktop software (CD or Download) automatically each tax year, sign onto your Advantage account and then use the toll free phone number to speak with an agent concerning your order - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage

I sign in to turbotax/intuit online and it acts likes it is pulling my last year's information and when I click on the Product for me to start for filing for free, it gives me a blank screen. Why is that?
