Qualified dividends worksheet line 25 did not transfer to 1040

On the Form 1099-DIV you received, did it have an amount in box 1a and in box 1b?  If so, did you enter the Form 1099-DIV in the TurboTax program for dividends?

To report dividend income received -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home & Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home & Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on
Under Interest and Dividends
On Dividends on 1099-DIV, click on the start or update button

The amounts from box 1a and box 1b flow to Schedule B Line 5.  The amount from Schedule B Line 6 flows to the Form 1040 Line 3a and 3b
