TurboTax never knows when or if you paid your tax due. Your only proof that you paid your tax will be your own credit card or banking records. Look for your own bank or credit card statements or cancelled check.
And if your credit card statement shows a payment to TurboTax, or Intuit....then that is not the payment to the IRS. TurboTax does not take your $$ to pay the IRS....it just provides the payment information to the IRS, or the CCD payment companies that the IRS uses.
The payment to the IRS would be thru some other tax payment provider...likely one of the ones the IRS uses.....but I'm not sure which.
