-Which TurboTax product you're in (Self-employed, premier, etc.)
The program locks up for me on deductions.
Can you please let us know what exactly is going on when it locks up?
Does it do the same thing after restarting your computer and installing updates?
If it does it after updates, please click here to contact customer service.
Mine did that also. I tried for over 3 hours to get help. I called a number I found on line and got a live gentleman. I explained to him that I use Fire Fox and he told me to try again using Chrome. It worked. Good Luck!
