Problem with turbotax download purchased from BJ's

I purchased Turbotax Premier for 2022 at BJ's.  There are no instructions in the package on how to download the software and there is no license code in the package.  The only information I have is the 10-digit bar code number.

If you did not find the license code in the packaging, you will need to contact BJ's to receive it. @mrsdenisek

Is the CD in the package?  Have you torn the package to get the CD out?  The download instructions and License Code should be on the CD envelope.

Oh and if you bought it in the store did you exchange the shelf display package for the real package after you paid?  That's how it works at Costco, you have to go to the customer service window to pick it up.  Some people walk out without getting the real CD package.
