Previous year (xxx.tax2018) information import not working...no info is imported.

TurboTax 2019 finds last years tax returns but, when importing the info to a new 2019 return...no info shows up?

I have the downloaded version of 2019 TurboTax Deluxe. Transferring last years returns goes through the motions but, as you can see from the image in my original post, no information shows

The location of your 2018 tax files xxx.tax2018 may be in a location that TurboTax can not locate.  To locate your xxx.tax2018 follow these steps

• Simultaneously press the Windows and E keys (or go to your Desktop and press F3) to open an Explorer window.
• In the upper right "Search" window, type *. tax2018 (replace 2018 with the appropriate tax-year return you're looking for).
• In the search results, copy down the tax file's location or path.

TurboTax 2019 finds 2 returns we did in 2019, using TurboTax 2018. Clicking on either one, to import it, has the same result...no information is shown after the "transfer". I tried using the "Browse" option and select the returns I want to import...same result...as in the image I posted originally...no information is being transferred.
