If you are using the TurboTax Deluxe desktop CD/Download edition -

Click on Federal Taxes

Click on Wages & Income

Click on I'll choose what I work on

Scroll down to Rental Properties and Royalties

On Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E), click the start button

Amt a= -5200, Amt b= 0, Schedule 3 - Part 5, says complete line 35 if: net capital losses (amt a) > than net capital gains (amt b). It is, but line 35 not updating loss?
