I have a turbo tax ID and password. I have not been able to sign in for over 30 days of  trying. I am not good with computer I am 74, I need a telephone number and/or an address and/or an email address.to write to.  My email is:[removed]         

I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO MY TAXES FOR 2018.  I DID NOT USE YOU IN 2017, BECAUSE I COULD NOT LOG ON.  THANK YOU.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
